Booking Conditions
Bookings are for the party names and are not transferable. The person making the booking agrees to the booking condition. No more than the party named to stay in the holiday home.
Arrivals the earliest time is 2:00 pm. your departure time is 10:00 a.m. prompt. A deposit of £20:00 is required for the entrance barrier card (cash please)
Cars are parked near the holiday home, second cars are parked in the reception area and the fee paid.
Day visitors any day visitor must leave their car in the reception car park, if staying over four hours a fee paid.
Children we do not have a designated play area so we do not allow any ball games. We ask that you ensure children in your party are properly supervised at all times. Mattress protectors available please request when booking or on arrival.
Linen must be used at all times and is not supplied. Any breakages or damage to be paid for before departure
Cancellations in the event of a cancellation by the client, the client remains liable for the full amount. You are therefore advised to take out cancellation protection at the time of booking. In the event of a curtailment refunds cannot be made of any unused nights.
Dogs one only in any holiday home. Please bring all bedding and feeding bowls. Your pet cannot be left unattended at any time. You must toilet and exercise your pet off site. All pets must be on a lead at all times.
We expect you to comply with our site licence and to follow the usual customs of good caravanning. We reserve the right to ask you to leave the Park if the behavior of any member of the party is unacceptable to us.
